The Human Resources & Operations Manager position is a key role at Affect. The HR & Operations Manager oversees the development of human capital, culture, benefits, operations, and productivity at Affect. The primary purpose of this role is to recruit, retain and cultivate a world-class public relations team while streamlining operations and productivity.
