One program with different levels of support, with the ability to step up or down as your needs change

Outpatient
Outpatient

1x weekly counselor meetings, 2x weekly group meetings, and periodic medical appointments

Best for: People who have manageable mental health and substance-use symptoms, and have a reasonably safe home environment. They can maintain progress with scheduled weekly care.

Best for: People who face a greater risk of continued substance use, worsening symptoms, or difficulty functioning without frequent structure and support.

Best for: People with significant substance-use who need near-daily clinical monitoring and support. They do not require hospitalization or residential care but may have limited stability or support outside treatment.

How we determine the right level: We look at the whole person—including physical and mental health, withdrawal risk, current substance use, safety, daily functioning, home environment, and treatment goals—and match them with the least intensive program that can safely and effectively meet their needs.
